Bleuzette Marshall
Vice President
Bleu is a UC alumna. In her role, she provides strategic leadership for the recruitment, retention, and advancement of talent and building mutually rewarding partnerships in the broader community.
Alecia Trammer
Executive Director
Alecia has worked at UC for approximately 33 years. She began her career at UC as a pre-nursing advisor at the College of Nursing. She has held multiple positions here at UC. She has a BS in Human Resources and an MA. ED and MSW.
Laura Jordan
Executive Administrative Associate
Laura is the Executive Administrative Associate in the Office of Ethics, Compliance & Community Impact, and Government Relations. Laura received her BA in Business Administration from Morehead State University.

Sally Miller
Interim Title IX Coordinator
Sally Miller, a proud Bearcat alum (CECH ’04 & ’05), has served in Title IX compliance at UC since 2018. She is committed to creating a safe, welcoming campus through trauma-informed approaches and fair, equitable resolution processes.
Brandon Craig
Assistant Director
Brandon Craig is an Assistant Director in the Office of Equal Opportunity. He is an active alum, serving on the Board of Trustees for the Law Alumni Association. In his free time, Brandon dances and teaches Argentine Tango.
Karla Phillips
Assistant Director
Karla has her Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from UC. She has experience in investigating discrimination issues and complaints, along with implementing UC’s Equal Opportunity Plan and equal opportunity policies.
Rhonda Annamunthodo
Equal Opportunity Specialist
Rhonda is a proud Bearcat alum (A&S ’04) and returned to UC in 2024 after twenty years serving as a human services professional serving in the community; resolving conflicts, providing guidance, motivating and advocating for clientele.
Emma Jenkins
Equal Opportunity Specialist
Emma has an MA in Education Studies. She has experience in power-based violence intervention through her work responding on-scene to 911 calls of domestic violence in Cincinnati. Emma enjoys finding new restaurants and events within the city.
Alexa Justice
Equal Opportunity Specialist
Alexa has an MA in History and is pursuing her PhD in Educational Studies. She started working at UC in 2014 and joined OEO in 2019. She served as an adjudicator for two years, managed case intake for three, and has been an investigator since 2022.
Don Simpson
Equal Opportunity Specialist
Don E. Simpson is a UC Alum who began his career working in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas for 19 years. Prior to joining the Office of Equal Opportunity, he worked in the Middletown City School District.
Morgan Shaw
Education Specialist
Morgan Shaw serves as the Education Specialist in the Office of Equal Opportunity. In this role, Morgan administers University-wide educational programming on civil rights, harassment, discrimination, and gender-based based misconduct.
Byron Walton
Senior Equal Opportunity Analyst
Byron has over 15 years of UC experience. As the senior analyst for the OEO team, he produces institutional equal opportunity plans, compliance reports and provides data-supported strategic leadership advice and memoranda to the team.
Coal Wells
Equal Opportunity Case Manager
Coal became a UC Alum after receiving his JD from UC Law in 2024. Before coming to UC, he worked in Student Affairs at Ohio University while earning his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Information Systems. He enjoys running and biking.
Stephen Kuntz
Equal Opportunity Hearing Coordinator
Stephen joined the team in August 2024. In previous roles, he worked in enrollment and compliance-related capacities. He is also pursuing a Master of Legal Studies degree at UC and anticipates graduating in 2026.

Andrew Cullison
Executive Director
Dr. Andrew (Andy) Cullison is the founding executive director of The Cincinnati Ethics Center. As an ethics center director, he specializes in K-12 ethics education, co-curricular ethics programs at the collegiate level for students/faculty/staff.
Christina Baulch
Director of K-12 Educational Programs
Christina has a Master’s in Education and brings seventeen years of teaching experience to her role as Program Director, where she provides ethics workshops and professional development to the region's K–12 students and teachers.
Venus Kent
Program Manager
Venus is a Cincinnati Native with over 30 years of experience working in the downtown community. She founded the Downtown Ambassador Program a clean and safety crew. She was instrumental in bringing the 2012 World Choir Games to Cincinnati.
Erin Barta
Program Coordinator for Education Programs
Erin uses her knowledge of organizational psychology and community research to lead the growth of the Ethics & Dragons program. Her leadership style leans on trust in humans, their creative power, and an overarching goal of mutual humanization.
